What are the ways in which do this? First, we give patients an easy way to book with us right on our website. You just select the time you want, put in your information, and we come to you. It’s that easy. We have a chat on our website that is monitored throughout the day. Patients can always ask us questions there. We are on social media, and even take questions there. Soon, we’ll have a nurse triage chat feature where you can talk directly to a nurse if you have a clinical question.
We give people a phone number so that they can call and talk to a real person. Our competitors looking to be the Uber for healthcare don’t give you that option. But technology is not for everyone. And if your idea of simple is scheduling it with a person, we can do that.
Our pricing is transparent. Patients are already confused by all of the terminology in healthcare. Deductibles, coinsurance, copays. Remedy publishes our self-pay prices right on our website for all to see. This is part of our commitment to keep things simple.
We minimize paperwork as much as possible. As often as we can, we will provide online forms and easy to use tools for our patients. We’ll even keep your credit card on file, so if a patient is a regular Remedy user, the process will be as seamless as possible.
