Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists Director of Clinical Operations with daily tasks
  • Extracts data and prepares payroll
  • Schedules portions of clinical team
  • Helps organize and confirm meetings
  • Takes minutes at meetings
  • Takes point on inventory projects such as associate and/or Remedy car supplies
  • Manages broken equipment and troubleshoots replacements
  • Tracks and organizes CME expenses and credentialing documents
  • Updates and creates Guru cards as directed by leadership
  • Assists office manager in regularly scheduled inventory audits
  • Develops and and updates administrative systems to improve efficiency of leadership team
  • Handles assorted employment verifications, paperwork for DCO and exec team


  • Exhibits strong ability to take direction in a rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates proficiencies in G-Suite and Office
  • Self-directs projects and manages technology with little assistance
  • Takes constructive criticism well and quickly demonstrates the ability to self correct
