Remedy’s provider partners can handle most minor emergencies including stitches, sprains, and broken bones. However, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, you should call 911 or proceed to the nearest ER.
Cancellations are accepted by phone only (512-900-5844). After booking your appointment, you have 10 minutes to cancel for a full refund. After this, the dispatch fee is non-refundable.
Yes! Remedy’s provider partners treat children age 1 year and up. For children under one, call us and we may be able to help.

Yes! Remedy’s partner providers are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare insurance plans. Our provider partner will collect your primary care co-pay at the time of your visit and then bill your insurance. Depending on your plan, you may be responsible for additional payments including deductible and/or co-insurance; however, Remedy’s prices are competitive with conventional urgent care facilities.
Our providers can write a variety of medications that are very effective for acute pain. However, we do not prescribe scheduled or controlled substances.
